Shambhavi is a certified Expressive Arts - Dance Movement Therapist (UNESCO-CID) and a CBT Life Coach, dedicated to promoting emotional wellness and mental resilience. As an experienced Mental Health Professional, she has supported clients through challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, anger, family conflict, and mood disorders—offering both online therapy and in-person sessions.
She served as a Psychological Counsellor at Symbiosis International School (SCEW), where she conducted counselling sessions for students, teachers, and staff. She facilitated SEL (Social Emotional Learning) sessions along with other life skills training sessions for students life skills training for students. She also conducted school-wide mental health workshops on topics such as Anti-Bullying, Gratitude, Self-Confidence, Conflict Resolution, Stress and Anxiety Management, Well-being, and Mindfulness.
Shambhavi also worked as a Freelance Psychologist and Child Care Expert, and served as an Executive Trainer with a leading consulting firm in Delhi. She has conducted over 60 one-on-one therapy sessions and delivered psychological training workshops for IES officers (Indian Economic Services). Her internship background spans clinics, hospitals, and NGOs—providing her with a well-rounded foundation in clinical psychology and community mental health.
She also pioneered a college initiative called Catharsis, which strengthened her belief in expressive arts and group healing.
Shambhavi’s greatest strength lies in her compassionate persistence. Her mission is to help individuals heal from within by breaking emotional walls and cultivating self-awareness, confidence, and peace. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, she strives to make therapy a safe, empowering space.
